Waseda Business School
Waseda Business School (WBS) was founded in 1998, on the basis of the 100 years of graduate and undergraduate business education institution at Waseda University. The WBS Programme offers opportunities to specialize in areas such as strategic management, entrepreneurship, and technology management. In particular, by offering a unique technology-oriented track (MOT Programme) in addition to the standard MBA coursework, WBS brings a special focus to the training of management professionals, toward integrating the latest technologies into an overall management strategy and its implementation processes, thereby responding to the rapidly changing needs of society.
Waseda University
Founded in 1882 by Shigenobu Okuma, once prime minister and regarded as the father of modernisation of Japan, Waseda University is a comprehensive university covering almost all the areas of social, natural and humanity sciences and engineering in 14 graduate schools, 11 undergraduate schools and research institutes. It has a student body of 50,000 at 8 campuses. Waseda graduates of over 500,000 are actively taking a leading role in various industries around the world.
